A Christmas Carol in Prose Being a Ghost Story of Christmas by Charles Dickens.

London: The Folio Society, [2003]. Illustrated by Michael Foreman. 252 × 192 × 31 mm. Pp. [1–12] 13–173 [174–176]: [8] leaves of colour plates (facing pp. [3], 24, 41, 73, 88, 120, 137 and 156). Type: Caslon. Printed and bound by Cambridge University Press. Full blue buckram with a design in white, pale blue, red, black and gold by Foreman; white endleaves with colour paintings by Foreman. Red slip case. This is the second separate Folio edition of this text, which was published in a facsimile edition in 1970, and was also included in the Christmas books of 1988. In addition to Foreman’s colour paintings, there are 29 monochrome drawings by him printed in the text.

The book is new and sealed with very light bumping to rear corners of slipcase. The last four pictures are taken of another edition of this book, just so one can see its wonderful illustrations.
