With the spine reading ‘A Folio Notebook’ in silver, the dimensions were reduced to 216 × 129 × 19 mm.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA very good copy, with pages clean and bright and the binding tight, showing only a small ding to the foot of the spine and a shallow bump to the upper rear corner.
